What is the warranty period for Rock Luggage products?
All Rock Luggage suitcases come with a comprehensive 15-year manufacturer’s guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an express shipping option for next-day delivery on orders placed before 1:00 PM.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How do I reset the TSA lock combination on my suitcase?
To reset your lock, set the dials to the current code (0-0-0 by default), press the reset button with a pen, select your new 3-digit code, and slide the latch to lock it in place.
Do you offer international shipping?
