Return Process

  Ensure all tags are attached and the luggage is placed back in its original protective box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
